Preventing the theft of your videos.
When your website tends to contain a lot of videos, it is hard to ensure that your visitors need to come back to your site to see them. What if someone has taken your video and has placed it on their site, completely removing the need for visitors to come back to your site? You start losing visitors to your site and if you host the video, the hot linking creates unneeded bandwidth and load on your website when people aren't even using your site to see it.
"Coldlink" has been designed to remove the stress of people stealing or hot linking your videos. With our advanced video protection and encrypting methods, we can ensure that your video link can only be viewed by your website's visitors.
Using "Coldlink" to protect your video links has never been easier. Simply fill out the Add Video form and copy the code that best suits your needs.

Hello everyone, "Coldlink" is finally back where it belongs.
It has been a rough couple of days and we are still recovering from our almost complete destruction.
I am currently still working on getting the site back up and fully operational but it shouldn't be long now.
Sorry to everyone who's videos all died and I thank you, the ones who come back, for still using "Coldlink"
Please note that www.watchxonline.net will be shutdown very shortly so ensure all your videos are pointing to www.cold-link.com again.

Sorry about all the confusion over the past several hours but as many of you read and saw, "Coldlink" was hacked.
This temporary location is simply a quick fix to get major "Coldlink" websites like www.wtso.net and www.watchxonline.com back up and running.
If you are a website administrator and have found this temporary location, please update www.cold-link.com to www.watchxonline.net (please note it's .NET not .com) to get your videos back up and running.
Please note: Due to this unforeseen event, the database has been set back to April 15th, 2009 and thus, videos added after said date no longer exist.
Truly sorry for this but we have only the owner of www.watchxonline.com for providing us with this location as well as the hacker who for a short time, took us down.

There seems to be a problem today with the server. More specifically, the problem seems to be Apache.
We are doing everything we can to find the actual source of the problem and fix it before any more delays or failed attempts to load the site occur.
Sorry for any inconveniences.

Well, I will tell you - it went offline.
The server that "Coldlink" is currently running on had some trouble - only getting online several minutes ago.
Why did the server die? Well, "Coldlink" was getting attacked by a DoS attack which caused the site to either load very very slowly or not at all. As the host of the server said: "After blocking 14,289 IPs, the server had had enough." - At least it got that many.
"Coldlink" is currently in a changing state so be aware of downtime in the following days - hopefully it will be my control this time.

Yet again the "Coldlink" server went down unexplained and unexpected today. I am still investigating as to why this happened - especially on the day a new episode for The Simpsons and Family Guy air.
Regardless of the reason, I will be moving not only to a better server but switching hosts. Yes yes, I know, not again but it should be done quickly and smoothly.
I will keep you all posted with further news and updates.
